Piccolo Me is expanding and entering into a new trajectory. With our cafes being extremely busy, we are looking for more people to join our caffeinated family

We are looking for an experienced Café Assistant Manager on a casual basis to join our team at Spencer St

Role and Responsibility:

Supervise and manage a small team of baristas, chefs and kitchen staff in a busy environment
Ordering and rostering, managing suppliers
Managing payroll, paperwork and other administrative duties
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
Good communication skills regular communication / updates with Support Office in Sydney
Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty program
Maintain a clean and sanitised work environment
Follow health and safety guidelines
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Contribute to a positive team environment
Barista qualifications and skills, can handle 810 kilos of coffees on shift
POS and cash handling, end of day financial management/reporting

Right attitude high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
Immaculate personal presentation
Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
Experienced and comfortable working in busy environment
