A famous Melbourne based organisation, are seeking a well rounded, diverse and ER strong HR BP to join their expanding team.

This is an initial 12 month contract, with a strong possibility of permanency.

This People Partner role will enable sustainable business performance through strong business and people partnering across the organisation.

This role will contribute to the creation and delivery of an aligned People strategy and successful delivery of people initiatives.

As HR BP, you will be responsible for;

  • Establishing and maintaining influential relationships with clients to help guide positive employee interactions and outcomes
  • Contributing to the development of a People Plan for the respective client group
  • Supporting business transformations by delivering the appropriate organisational designs and implementations
  • Delivering talent and development strategies, to facilitate the development of leaders, including facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and direct coaching
  • Leading the implementation of annual employee engagement plans to address employee engagement survey findings as required
  • Additional projects may also be included
  • Provide high level advice in line with policies and processes
  • Partner with the business to lead annual people delivery activities, ie performance management, compensation reviews etc.
  • Support people managers with employee relations matters
To be considered, you will need;

  • A tertiary qualifications in HR Management, or relevant discipline
  • A sound understanding of People technical capabilities: _Resourcing, Talent and succession, Change management, Performance management, Employee engagement, Workplace relations, Remuneration, rewards and recognition, Health, safety and wellbeing, Organisation design, Diversity and Inclusion_
  • Strong proven experience working with and influencing senior
stakeholder and change programs

  • The ability to provide management coaching
  • Strong business consulting/partnering experience
