The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will:

  • Across the Projects/Workstreams of the Program, drive the data migration activities (lead role)
  • Carry out data migration required activities
  • Extraction/Transformation & Load
  • Guide the business in the required priority data cleansing activities.
  • Coordinate Data Migration activities with Project Manager, vendors, internal workstream team members and other stakeholders where needed/as appropriate.
  • Perform data migration related testing to ensure quality.
  • Implement appropriate strategies & toolsets/techniques to migrate data in a more repeatable and scalable way

What you need

This role requires a person who can build productive relationships and thrives on rolling up their sleeves to collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to achieve business goals.


You will also have the following attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years' Data Migration experience
  • Experience in implementation of successful data migration strategies for large projects
  • Experience in delivery of data migration strategies using industry standard toolsets and techniques
  • Experience in Salesforce Admin & related data loading toolsets is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn and 2CloudNine is highly desirable
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a technical acumen
