Overview

Our Federal Government Client is looking to engage a Cyber Security Specialist to work in the Cyber Security Section of the Digital Solutions Division (DSD).

If you are a technical cyber security specialist with experience in some or all of the facets listed above. We want to hear from you.

Come and join our clients team where you can work on all aspects of technical security and be supported in expanding your skill set.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
Develop strategies to secure technologies from multiple eras.
Conduct cyber security assessments, vulnerability scans and pen testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Build infrastructure and tooling to automate and move cyber security activities left.

Estimated start date - Monday, 10 July 2023

Initial contract duration - Until 30 June 2024

Extension term - 12 months

Number of extensions - 2

Location of work - ACT, NSW, VIC

Working arrangements -

Full Time Requirement:
standard 8 hours per day, and 40 hours per week in total.

Flexible Working Arrangements (including remote working arrangements) will be considered on a case-by-case basis against the business requirements of the department and the needs of the immediate work area.

- public holidays; and

Christmas shutdown, from 12:30 pm on the last working day before Christmas Day and reopening the first working day following the first day of January each year.
