About the Role

Reporting into the CFO, the Accounts receivable team member is an integral role as part of the finance high performing team.

The position requires someone who is strong on the transactional front, has high attention to detail and can work at a fast pace.

You'll be comfortable in a high-volume environment and get into the details.

Due to the critical nature of this role, we're looking for someone who's available to start immediately or in the new year.

Daily tasks include:

• Invoice processing
• Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods including intercompany invoices
• Expense claim management, compliance and processing
• Weekly vendor reporting and weekly order reporting
• Reviewing creditors accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Daily entering of key data of financial transactions
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas where required
• Function in accordance with established standards and procedures of the company

About you
We're looking for a vibrant Accounting professional with 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume transactional role.

• Qualifications in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP System Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Selfmotivated and organized
