About the Role

Sector Industrial: covering maintenance, sustaining capital and construction environments.
As the Electrical Superintendent you are responsible for the planning and control of the work crew activities to ensure that site works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and time objectives for the Project.
This is an integral role within the leadership team where you will direct and control our delivery activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety, and performance are observed and that time schedules are met.
Review and authorise programme and completion schedule and delegate activities for the daytoday direction of field schedule requirements.
Establish and maintain effective communications with the Company's representative and field staff through discussion and direct communications, holding meetings and any arrangements required to ensure a close and good working relationship. Ensure reports are regular and communicated to the Project Manager on all field activities.

This role will be residential to our new site in Wollongong.

About You

Looking to take the next step in your career or expand your experience. You will have hands on experience in an Industrial environment specialising in electrical LV and HV systems.
Have experience in Electrical Supervisor, Superintendent or similar role and enjoy working in large challenging and multidisciplined environments.
Have demonstrated experience in leading teams with a strong behaviouralbased culture in health, safety, and environment.
Suitably qualified with Frontline management or similar
Electrical Trade background and have a sound understanding of Electrical Standards
