The role

This role represents a rare opportunity for an astute senior lawyer with strong legal, commercial and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior executives in the business to produce nimble and commercially savvy legal advice.

Suited to a front-end lawyer, you will advise on contractual arrangements and negotiate contracts, deal with issues related to IP, provide governance, company secretarial and regulatory advice, assist with disputes, and develop risk mitigation strategies for the business.

Your key relationships will be with executives and leaders.

What you will need
