What you'll do

Specific activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources
  • Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver large scale projects
  • Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols
  • Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external
  • Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations
  • Expertly liaise with high level external stakeholders and clients
What we'll love about you

  • Extensive experience working within the building services as a BIM Coordinator
  • Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal, external and management level
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership in a team environment including managing resources and developing team skills
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Naviswork and various BIM systems
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise of BIM processes & protocols
  • Experience leading design delivery teams on large scale buildings projects
