What you'll do

Specific activities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources
Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver large scale projects
Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols
Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external
Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations
Expertly liaise with high level external stakeholders and clients

What we'll love about you

Extensive experience working within the building services as a BIM Coordinator
Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal, external and management level
Ability to demonstrate leadership in a team environment including managing resources and developing team skills
Strong proficiency in Revit, Naviswork and various BIM systems
Excellent knowledge and expertise of BIM processes & protocols
Experience leading design delivery teams on large scale buildings projects
