The company
This real estate agency is a reputable agency based North of the river (15 minutes from CBD).

They are currently looking to hire a Property Manager to join their team.


The role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Arrears management
  • Routine inspections (local and usually 4 or so a day)
  • Final Bond Inspections, as required
  • Property Condition Report updates, as required (new PCR's are outsourced)
  • Maintenance management
  • Rental home opens
  • Daily portfolio management
To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • A current valid Property Management licence
  • A cando attitude
  • Have your own vehicle as it is required to go on inspection visits (and a valid driver licence)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that the salary offered depends on your experience from $70 000 to $ Super + car allowance bonus.
