The Learning Teaching & Curriculum (LTC) unit currently has an opportunity in an exciting and challenging role as the Exam & Assessment Technical Support Analyst.

Reporting to the Manager, Learning Platforms, you will be part of a cross-divisional exams support team, undertaking and assisting with the delivery of technical support for online assessments and exams, including invigilated exams.

The role will also be required to assist and advise other University staff on the technical setup and delivery of online assessments, as well as contribute to the assessment, testing, and exploration of technical exam, assessment & invigilation solutions.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for the production of technical resources and provision of training to support online assessment activities.

The successful applicant will work as part of the Learning Platform team within LTC unit but will work closely and collaboratively across two other units: Information Management & Technology Services (IMTS) and Student & Administration Services Division (SASD).

This position will include a rostered approach to the delivery of technical support and will include evening and weekend shifts during exam periods.
