  • Full Time Fixedterm contract until 30 June working 35hrs/week

Purpose of the Role

The Data Analyst will collect, analyse and report on a wide range of LAC performance outcomes regarding workflow and participant plans.

The position will provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on LAC performance against KPIs set by the funding body.

This role will also be responsible for implementing systems and procedures that ensure compliance against contractual agreements, flag service risks, and maintain the accuracy of program information.

Your Contribution

  • Research, document, interpret and analyse all program data relevant to meeting LAC targets.
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities, develop and design strategies to monitor, manage and report on KPIs and minimise/manage business risks.
  • Develop reports, tools and resources to support service delivery performance monitoring and quality assurance.
  • Provide handson data analytics support for the daytoday operation of the Program.
  • Develop required documentation including process maps, detailed processes, gap analysis reports, roles and responsibilities matrix and function
  • Advise the business on cost/benefit of options to support recommended strategies and initiatives
  • Develop simple communication, governance and training programs to enable users to understand how the processes are to be managed, drive awareness programs and developed a process excellence mindset.
About You


You will have demonstrated business analytics and project management experience including business process analysis and improvement experience, identification of business process objectives, and implementation of improvements.

Strong understanding of databases, file formats and structured data, the ability to acquire data from different sources, build data interfaces and develop data systems that support data analysis and reporting will be essential.

You will have extensive experience in Microsoft Excel and proficient in writing, and understanding complex formulas and functions.

You would have previous experience producing design specifications, including screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, and printed outputs developed for self and others as well as converting technical design and specifications into functioning components.

You must have a valid NSW driver licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout your designated region.
