An Australian
Federal Government Department is looking to engage multiple skilled and experienced
ITSM Specialist.

you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, trouble shooting and performance tuning of the IT Service Management Platform.

The successful
ITSM Specialist will secure a
contract until 30th
June 2024 with 24-month extension options and a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful
ITSM Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Support and assistance for the operating and improvement of an ICT Service Management tool.
Schedule and perform regular maintenance of patches and support packages for all technical layers.
Update the ICT system catalogue with accurate and up to date information.
Maintain technical system information in service tools and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues ensuring an effective and timely implementation of the business solution.

The successful
ITSM Specialist will have experience in the following:

Proven knowledge and understanding of ITIL methodologies.
Proven technical experience with a Service Management tool such as Micro Focus Service Manager, Remedy, Service Now and/or other tools.
Experience working with one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, Python and PowerShell.
Ability to nurture the growth of junior developers though interactions or activities.
