They are on the lookout for a standout Property Manager to join their award-winning team Gough Recruitment has partnered with this multi-office Real Estate network for a number of years.

The Position, but not limited to:

  • This position is more of a client service manager role
  • You are there to manage the clients/tenants and provide exceptional support
  • Manage a clean portfolio of residential properties
  • Outsourced PCRs | No Trust | No Leasing
  • Shared assistant
to do most of the groundwork


The Criteria:


  • Experience managing your own portfolio
  • Current property manager reg and valid drivers' license
  • Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
  • Have excellent time management skills
