Are you an experienced Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant looking for a new opportunity to expand your skills? People2people currently have several Legal Support opportunities at junior, intermediate and senior levels within boutique, mid and top-tier law firms in the Adelaide CBD.
The Opportunity:
The areas of law we currently have a high demand for are: Commercial, Property, Family, Wills and Estates, Insurance, Tax and Workplace and Workers Compensation.
- Diary Management
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Attending to client enquiries
- Filing and other administrative duties
About You:
- Prior legal support experience in any area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft suite, in particular Word and PowerPoint, a working knowledge of Excel and a typing speed of 60+ wpm
- Experience using document management and billing/time recording systems (such as File Site, Expert or similar)
- The ability to be flexible, adaptable and proactive, and will be able to work unsupervised
- A positive attitude and team player approach, no matter what the task
- Strong organisational and file management skills and initiative
