Formula for Success

In this role as Supply Chain & Customer Experience Officer, you'll support the BASF Performance Materials business in managing supplier and customer interfaces, facilitating inventory and order fulfilment.

You'll collaborate with Account Managers, Business Managers, Supply Chain and other internal staff to highlight and resolve differences and manage exceptions.

You'll:

Place and monitor purchase orders for local inventory key account customers.
Manage backorders and exceptions, local stock and replenishment for Key Accounts.
Monitor and report on aged inventory to business target levels.
Review processes and consult internally to ensure best practices are adopted.

Ingredients for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll be team orientated with the ability to evaluate, analyse and provide effective customer service.

You'll be a natural communicator, able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, act quickly and decisively.

You'll:

Balance your analytical mindset with great communication skills.
Be highly diligent with excellent attention to detail.
Display strong organisational and time management skills.
Have intermediate MS Office Skills, with SAP experience a plus.
