The Company
Established specialist agency in outer southern suburbs, with a portfolio running close to the office, this company offers ongoing training for all their property managers and focus is on implementing streamlined checklists, procedures and support so you can focus on customer service delivery.
The Position
- Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with the support team.
- Managing a portfolio of approximately x properties with full leasing and inspections support
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 x years experience within property management
- Current PM Registration
- Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Team player attitude
