Your Role:
- Managing endtoend recruitment, this includes; Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the preemployment checks.
- Developing close working relationships with stakeholders to understand their business unit.
- Conducting proactive, targeted searches using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pooling.
- Owning our Referral Program and helping us improve on increasing referrals to the business.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating necessary assessments.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, other service providers, and internal clients.
- Adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a recruiter role.
- Experience working within the Forex or Fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in proactively sourcing, recruiting & networking.
- Initiativetaker that can multi
- Ability to provide feedback as & when required to all levels of the business.
- Knowledge and expertise in managing daytoday operational HR matters.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
- Effective communication skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English is necessary.
- Good problemsolving ability.
- A cando attitude; and time management skills.
