Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and report on project status to the Site Manager
- Maintain accurate records of all projectrelated activities, including daily logs and work orders
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and in good condition
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and other projectrelated documentation
- Preform tasks using power tools
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Studying for associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is highly regarded
- Trade qualifications are highly regarded
- At least 12 years of experience in construction, with a exposure to site supervision and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes
- Experience in Microsoft Office and other project management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary:
$69, $118,395.81 per year
