$90k - $95k + Super, Permanent Role, Monday - Friday

  • Based in Sydney CBD, Close to public transport
  • Up to 17K Bonus
The Company;

A well-known company in the travel and immigration services industry based in Sydney CBD, is looking for an Operations Manager to work 5 days a week.

The Role;
As an Operations Manager you will;

  • Supervise and mentor the team, providing input to strategic and tactical plans to enhance, and improve the customer service quality
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships
  • Provide support to all consultants guiding them on processes and procedures
  • Train staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Act as an escalation point of contact
  • Create a positive working environment for the team
  • Look after the day to day running of the office
About you;
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive manager/team leader who has;

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to change in a high volume environment
  • Passionate about coaching and developing a high performing team
  • High administration skills
  • Self sufficient with the ability to work with little guidance
  • Previous experience in a manager/team leader role
  • Residents/Citizens only
