About The Role


The Customer Specialist role is responsible for delivering a best in class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting to our driver partners.

Operationally, this role will be providing on the ground support for our driver partners.


Role responsibilities:


  • Perform customer On boards, exchanges and Off boards in line with taxi1's operating procedures
  • Manage appointments made by the central sales team and convert leads
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Cash handling
  • Complaint and dispute resolution
  • Enter relevant driver information into the CRM system ensuring all events and details of the customer are included
  • Have a very high attention to detail
  • Supporting City Lead with the day to day running of the Driver Services Centre

Required skills:


  • Experience in customer facing roles preferred
  • Maintaining focus on the driver partner's every need and committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, listening and written
  • Knowledge of all fleet, products and processes
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Second language highly desired, Mandarin, Hindi etc.

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 14 per week


Salary:
$ $31.45 per hour
