About The Role
The Customer Specialist role is responsible for delivering a best in class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting to our driver partners.
Role responsibilities:
- Perform customer On boards, exchanges and Off boards in line with taxi1's operating procedures
- Manage appointments made by the central sales team and convert leads
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Cash handling
- Complaint and dispute resolution
- Enter relevant driver information into the CRM system ensuring all events and details of the customer are included
- Have a very high attention to detail
- Supporting City Lead with the day to day running of the Driver Services Centre
Required skills:
- Experience in customer facing roles preferred
- Maintaining focus on the driver partner's every need and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, listening and written
- Knowledge of all fleet, products and processes
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Second language highly desired, Mandarin, Hindi etc.
Job Types:
Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary:
$ $31.45 per hour
