  • An exciting opportunity for a compliance and systems consultant to join our passionate Orthotic Prosthetic Services Tasmania team on a permanent basis

The role:

The Project Consultant - Compliance and Systems delivers high level advice and analysis in support of the operational requirements of Orthotic Prosthetic Services Tasmania (OPST) based at Hospitals South


The occupant:

  • Provides the Director of Allied Health Hospitals South and State Clinical Manager Orthotic Prosthetic Services Tasmania with support and assistance in the operations of OPST. This includes strategic planning, information management, project leadership, financial stewardship, and service improvement.
  • Acts as the key link for the overall systems, compliance, auditing, and data management of OPST. This includes data information, performance monitoring, modification of operational guidelines, auditing, stock management, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Tasmanian Artificial Limb Scheme processes and billing.
  • Provides specialist advice to the Director of Allied Health and State Clinical Manager on operational frameworks, innovations, and service improvement within OPST.
