Wardrobe Services Supervisor - Crown Perth

  • As a Wardrobe Services Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the overall Wardrobe Services operations to ensure a high standard of service is provided. We are looking for someone with strong people management skills and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the wardrobe services department
  • Management of H&S and compliance requirements.
  • Daily roster changes and break management
  • Overseeing daily linen orders
  • Managing laundry productivity

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Sound computer skills including the use of MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous people management experience
  • Good working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislative and statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of fabric and fibres is desirable but not essential
  • Working in a Laundry environment or clothing desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility with working hours to work on a 24/7 roster. Must be available to work weekends and late shifts
