Project Coordinator to join our Rollingstock Project team in Brisbane on an approximate 19 month fixed term basis.

This role will assist in the delivery of Rollingstock projects and programs across the South East QLD portfolio.

In this exciting role you will be required to assist in the delivery of projects and programs in Queensland Rail South East Qld rollingstock projects with both external and internal clients.

These projects are complex and have significant value.

Our focus is to ensure that we safely deliver our portfolio of work, by partnering with Asset Owners, internal delivery teams, and delivering Value for Money solutions with our external delivery partners.

The role entails:

Develop and maintain all Project Governance documentation, Project Definition, Project Scope, Stakeholder Plan and Options Analysis on behalf of Project and Program Managers within Rail Operations Projects.
Develop and maintain Project Plan and all associated project documentation as it aligns to the 4 in 1 project templates.
Develop and coordinate PCG documentation and activities, and project reporting requirements on behalf of Project and Program Managers within Rail Operations Projects.
Assist Project Managers in all relevant Project related requirements are addressed, issues are managed and opportunities for improvement are identified and addressed.
Coordinate and implement the delivery of project activities in accordance with the Project Plan on behalf of Rail Operations Project Managers.
Coordinate and implement Type 3 Projects including the management of all Project Governance requirements as allocated in the Rail Operations Projects resource plan
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships which support the achievement of the Rail Operations Projects program of work.

To be considered for this position you will have

Strong level of skill in developing constructive stakeholder relationships and engaging stakeholders throughout the project.
High level of consultation and negotiation, oral and written communication skills.
