About the Role
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
As an Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

Who will you be working closely to?
Meet your Team Leader Ashley As a dedicated professional in Occupational Therapy, she embarked on her journey with National 360 in 2018 as a graduate occupational therapist. Over the years, she has steadily progressed through the ranks, attaining the roles of Supervisor Level 1 and Supervisor Level 2, before assuming the position of Team Leader for the South West team in 2021. My extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of clients, including adult and paediatric NDIS clients and aged care clients. Her primary focus remains on empowering and guiding therapists to reach their utmost potential, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.
