We now have an exciting opportunity available for a successful HR Business Partner with a growth mindset and proven coaching skills to join our team in a highly influential role for 12 months as a Parental Leave cover.

What you will deliver

As a HR Business Partner, you will support the strategic direction of Invetech through collaboration with leaders and driving solutions within the organization


In addition, you will:
Elevate leadership efficiency through coaching of models and frameworks including Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership, etc.
Support the execution and strategy of compensation and benefits programs and processes to ensure market competitiveness.
Own the strategy and delivery of Employee Experience (EX) improvement to ensure efficient engagement of talent and overall retention.

In collaboration with leaders, co-create the strategic priorities and establish a people strategy that enables the success of these priorities.

Lead talent management strategy and process through the Organisational Talent and Assessment (OTA) framework.
Lead the organization in driving successful team culture through the delivery of the Team Performance Model (TPM).
Lead employee relations matters according to our internal policies and external regulations.
Support and lead the company through times of change through effective change management practices.

Develop and co-lead with your business leaders a coordinated Inclusion & Diversity strategy and programs to drive equity, innovation and an inclusive culture.

Executive timely processing of employee life cycle changes.

What you will bring


You are an experienced HR Generalist with a demonstrable track record in building positive relationships and trust with business leaders.


In addition, you will bring:
Proven experience crafting and adopting innovative programs and practices.
High business acumen through experience in supporting the creation of business strategy and identifying organizational and talent implications.
Demonstrated mentoring and influencing skills with leaders to drive efficient outcomes.
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to problem-solving in a constantly evolving environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
