Western Australia is an IGH and EMP focused state - home to major players across the mining, energy, utility, health and defence sectors.

Our Perth team is growing, and we want you to be a part of our expanding GRC team.

Our team brings expertise across an array of skillset and we are looking to grow our leadership within our enterprise risk and resilience capability.

Our team works with key clients to improve their governance, risk management and resilience that enables them to achieve their strategic objectives.


Your Opportunity:

Forming part of the Risk and Resilience team, your role as a Manager will include;

  • Leading the development of client deliverables whilst overseeing the daytoday delivery of client engagements
  • Lead and manage the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise risk and business resilience strategies, frameworks, standards, and procedures to meet organisational requirements.
  • Leading the facilitation of risk and resilience workshops working with senior stakeholders
  • Have proven capability in developing enterprise risk registers, business impact assessments, business continuity plans and running test scenarios
  • Providing leadership to build the capacity of our delivery teams and integrating capabilities from across the firm, to ensure client engagements are delivered to the highest quality by implementing the right program and project management disciplines
  • Grow and develop alongside a team of experienced risk consultants
  • Immerse yourself in our inclusive, diverse and supportive culture

How are you extraordinary?

  • 7+ Years of prior experience working within enterprise risk and resilience
  • You get excited about generating innovative ideas that create value, improve processes, and solve complex problems
  • You are a relationship builder, with keen communication skills and the knack for building and managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders

  • Knowledge or experience of the utilities and mining industry
  • A desire to collaborate in teams on short
- and long-term projects, and proven track record in contributing to and delivering projects successfully

  • Expertise in enterprise risk, organisational resilience, and governance across framework development and delivery

Qualifications:


  • Have working knowledge and understanding of ISO 31000 and ISO 22301
