- Support the execution of HR strategies aligned with short and long-term business objectives.
- Implement HR strategies to navigate organizational changes such as acquisitions and reorganizations.
- Drive key HR processes including talent review, succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Provide hands-on coaching to People Leaders on various HR issues including policies, performance management, and compensation.
- Offer advice on relevant industrial instruments and escalate issues when necessary.
- Develop an understanding of business metrics to provide leaders with valuable insights and recommendations.
- 3+ years in HR, with a focus on HR operations and business partnering.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
- Proficiency in contemporary HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
