Our client is a trusted national advisory business who focus on providing expert advice to all public sector entities across Strategy & Transformation, Finance, Risk & Cyber, Data & Digital and Infrastructure & Property.
An opportunity has arisen to join their Property & Infrastructure team as an Analyst, assisting in the support of their clients across the full property lifecycle - from the upfront strategy and planning phases, through to procurement and delivery and into asset management.
Within the role, you will be:
- Coordinating thorough market research and analysis to assess the demand and supply dynamics within the property market.
- Evaluating financial feasibility through detailed cost estimation, revenue projections, and financial modelling to determine the viability of property development projects.
- Coordinating commercial reviews and assessing regulatory compliance and navigating legal frameworks related to zoning laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers, investors, architects, and government agencies, to ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentoring and cultivating trusted relationships across the team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Considerable analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and financial models accurately.
- Strong proficiency in market research techniques and knowledge of property market trends and dynamics.
- Advanced financial modelling abilities to assess project feasibility, including cash flow analysis, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations through a problemsolving skillset.
- Qualification from relevant courses including Property, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Project Management, Urban and Regional Planning.
- A collaborative nature and love working in and celebrating as a team.
- A growth mindset. You're interested in asking questions to challenge our thinking and love new ideas and trying new things.
