Description

Fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Learning & Development team and provide operational and coordination support to the team.

Note:
This is a fixed term contract until end 2023

What you'll do

Coordination of companywide learning and development activities
Oversee learning program administration end to end. This includes course set up, registrations, preparation, distribution of pre & post work, responding to queries, room set up, catering, course materials and satisfaction surveys
Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders and vendors for program design
Support with budget management and processing invoices
Administration of Learning Management System (LMS) and completing updates as needed
Providing reports on program delivery as required
Managing L&D inbox and updating company intranet pages as needed
Be an active team member to wider People & Culture function to ensure collaboration and consistency across learning modules

What you'll bring

HR administration experience within a large organisation
Exposure to HR information systems
Intermediate level MS Office and Outlook skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High level planning and organisational skills
Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise tasks and projects
Focus on managing stakeholder relationships
Relevant qualifications in HR field are highly regarded
