We're looking for the right people to empower our Australia expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of our e-commerce platform to merchants.
  • Develop and deliver customised training sessions, tailored to individual merchant needs, to enable them to fully leverage our platform.
  • Proactively gather feedback during the pre-sale and post-sale phases, using this insight to refine our offerings and processes.
  • Engage with potential merchants, understanding and documenting their specific needs and challenges.
  • Take charge of front-end modifications and enhancements to the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience and responsive design
  • Drive and manage replatforming projects, ensuring a seamless transition from one e-commerce platform to another.
  • Uphold and advise on best e-commerce practices to internal teams and merchants, ensuring optimal user experiences and sales conversion strategies.
  • Share insights and feedback to refine our product offerings and processes, based on marketing data and trends.
  • Ensure optimization of the onboarding process for merchants, enhancing their experience and accelerating their launch timelines.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Neto, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably with evidence of managing or owning an e-commerce business.
  • Demonstrated digital marketing expertise, encompassing areas such as SEO, Google and Facebook advertising, content marketing, and more.
  • Proficient in deciphering platform analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about the evolving world of e-commerce and staying ahead of industry trends.
