Our client is looking for a savvy Marketing Communications Manager to join their high performing team in a part-time capacity.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be a self-starter ready to lead end-to-end brand initiatives and provide strategic marketing guidance across multiple pillars.
You'll be confident across multiple channels including the ongoing management of social, digital, website, content development, print, PR and events, with your focus divided between brand building activities & bespoke campaigns for some of Sydney's most iconic commercial properties.
Your Remit;
To capitalise on the company's strong reputation and heritage. To take ownership of the marketing function and drive new initiatives and opportunities forward. More specifically;
- Leading marketing campaigns (digital and offline) from ideation to execution and reporting; including defining campaign deliverables, and managing budgets
- Briefing creative and marketing agencies on property marketing campaigns; managing endtoend project deliverables
- Client event planning, management, and coordination
- Proposing & sourcing branded event merchandise
- Proactively providing marketing ideas, new initiatives and support for new business pitches/submissions
- Collaboration with Market Research team to develop compelling comms based on insights and market intel
What you'll bring to the role:
- Degree or other relevant qualifications in Marketing/Communications
- Recent relevant experience in a B2B focused marketing and communications role
- Confidence with marketing platforms including CMS, CRM, Google Ads & Analytics, social media, and design programs (Canva & InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to build rapport and develop strong crossfunctional relationships.
- Experience working with & managing external agencies/stakeholders
- Proactive approach with the creativity and initiative to add value and drive the marketing function for the business
- Personable, dedicated and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
