About the Role

CEA in Darra is looking for a Service Technician to help service and repair both new and used equipment, in an efficient and timely manner.

This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role in an ever-changing industry within a rapidly growing company, offering competitive remuneration.

You will have previous experience working as a technician and be able to deliver quality workmanship and enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Servicing and maintaining machinery under warranty.
All online training modules are completed and maintained as needed.
Diagnose Hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults.
Ensuring machinery is serviced as per guidelines and carried out in a timely manner.
Ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and customers as well as reporting any safety incidents or concerns to the Service Manager.
Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise.
Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
Provide quality customer service at all times.
Physically and mentally fit for the day to day challenges and continual deadlines.
You will need to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven ability to maintain construction equipment and machinery.
Excellent customer service focus.
Trade qualifications including Mechanical, Diesel Fitting, Auto Electrical or equivalent
Must have ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend solutions.
Must have Industry experience in Heavy Plant Equipment
