Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate forklifts and other machinery efficiently and safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Contribute to the manufacturing process by assembling and producing highquality insulation and solar panel products.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:


  • Forklift operating experience is benefical, with a valid license and a strong commitment to safety willing to train if required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance to ensure the production of superior products.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle the demands of manual labor in a warehouse setting.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.

Position Details:


  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, providing you with a consistent worklife balance.
Working Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends.

  • Compensation: Enjoy the benefits of weekly pay, providing financial stability.
  • Employment Type: Start off with a fulltime casual contract, offering flexibility, and transition into a permanent position after 36 months of dedicated work.
