Buildability Group is a privately owned recruitment company that specialises in Construction and Engineering. We excel in providing Short and Long-Term staff for Sydney's most prestigious Construction and Engineering companies.

We currently are looking to onboard both

Mechanical Fitters & Boilermakers for large works across Sydney.


What's required for the role:


  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • Cert III Mechanical / Fabrication
  • Previous experience as a tradesman
  • Own Transport to access site preferred
  • Contactable References
  • Pipefitters, welders & experienced trade assistants will be considered

Desired Tickets - EWP -/+11m, Heights, Confined Space, Forklift, Rigging


If successful you can expect:


  • Above Market Pay + Penalties, Super and OT
Hour Shifts

  • Clean & safe working environment
  • Ongoing project based works
  • Workshop work available on request
  • Regular Shutdown Work
