A leading Telecommunications organisation is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to provide support 4 Generals Managers with a wide variety of day to day administrative duties.


This role is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangement and coordination
  • Manage expense reimbursements
  • Produce reports and presentations and prepare correspondence
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding
  • Coordinate events
  • Two plus years experience as a Team Assistant or Coordinator supporting management level
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Operational administrative experience
  • Friendly., cando attitude
  • Must have stakeholder management, ability to work as a team and collaborate with excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry would be highly regarded.
