Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or English, depending on language proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM (Mobile Device Management) technologies, including VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of MDM solutions to manage mobile devices efficiently.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, with a focus on MDM technologies such as VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong communication skills in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
