What will you do in this role?

  • You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing the overall daytoday interactions of the teams within the clinic group, ensuring customers have an exceptional customer service experience, and work is delivered within the clinics core values and strategic outcomes.
  • Your role with include working on customer service programs, people management, patient care, retaining and growing current clients, and role modelling the leadership behaviours that create a highperforming and engaged culture.
  • You will have the following key areas of responsibility administration/office management, customer service, operational excellence, patient care, and people and culture.

YOU That is, if you are

  • A Veterinary Nursing background is desirable, although not mandatory an animal health background though will be highly considered
  • A customer service and care guru Someone who is able to help pull a team together to provide the best patient and client care as well as developing a collaborative and successful team culture
  • Someone with coaching, mentoring, and management skills in customer and client care
  • Someone with administrative and operational expertise
  • Someone who values people and culture, and enjoys building team morale and success
  • Someone who is accountable, willing to learn, customer and patient focused, has integrity, and shows initiative
  • An above award salary (negotiable) ranging from $70,000 $75,000, plus superannuation, depending on experience
  • Working within the Randwick location, with only quarterly visits/travel to the Northern Sydney clinics
  • Using your veterinary nursing or customer service background to lead a team to success

  • Working Monday to Friday (8 hours per day during business hours), and only the occasional fill in weekend work if required to support the team
