Reporting into the FP&A Manager of this large listed Aussie property group, this broad role provides an entry point into this diverse group.

Your primary focus will be split across financial planning and proprerty investments, around the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, board reporting and business partnering to both finance and operational stakeholders.

You'll also provide support around ongoing continuous improvement and projects. As well as other ad hoc reporting & analysis when required, including exposure to C-Level stakeholders.

You're a CA or CPA qualified FP&A professional, preferably with a background in real estate and/or Big 4. You'll have exceptional analytical capability, Excel skills and business partnering experience.
