About the Role


Reporting to the Business Support Manager your role as Administration Assistant is a newly created position, which will provide broad team administration with nationally disbursed outcomes.

It is situated in the corporate Head Office, South of the city and offered on a full-time, permanent basis.


Duties

  • Prepare and format documents and internal communications
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Manage a shared mailbox
  • Support Managers with formatting of presentations and documents
  • Maintain an up to date phone and depot register
  • Other administration tasks as required

Skills & Experience

  • Excellence in MS Word and Power Point and competency across the MS Suite
  • Willingness to work a full time, 40hr week
  • High level organisation
