BH One of Australia's leading and established wholesalers has an immediate opportunity available for an Accounts Payable professional to join their supportive team based in Blackburn.

This is a temporary position with a potential view for permanency.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supplier statement reconciliations
using Vlook ups in Excel
Invoice processing matching invoice to purchase order via 3way matching
Handling internal and external queries
Eye for detail and ability to make quick decisions / problem solve
Validating of invoices

We are looking for:

Sound skills in Accounts Payable particularly within highvolume environments and strong supplier reconciliations experience
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Available to commence with limited notice
Ability to commit to a temporary role with the view to permanency
Quick thinker and problem solving ability
Sense of urgency
Good understanding of inventory and 3way matching
