We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & enthusiastic
Administrator/Office Manager to become an essential part of our clients' growing team.
About the Role:
FindStaff are seeking an experienced Administrator/Office Manager for our client based in Beard, ACT.
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the Carpentry industry with a small team of staff working across the Canberra area.
We are looking for an all-rounder with high attention to detail, who enjoys all types of customer service & administrative tasks, to support our client with general administrative duties, quoting, Customer Service, Recruitment & Accounting tasks.
About You:
You will be an experienced Administrator or Office Manager, ideally in the Construction/manufacturing sector. You will have excellent communication & organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise well.
Experience in preparing & producing quotes will be very highly regarded, as will experience in Accounting duties including reconciliations, payroll & debt-handling.
As a fast growing business this role gives you a great opportunity to make your mark on business structures and policies, therefore enthusiasm for process-improvement is a must.
