The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is one of Australia's most prestigious Sports, Hospitality, Events, and Property Development companies.

As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown), and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm.

causal and
part-time
experienced Food and Beverage Team Leaders and Supervisors
Full site training, and ongoing development provided, previous hospitality experience essential.

Essential skills we are looking for:

Hospitality experience, as either a team leader, supervisor, or readiness to accept the challenge.
Current Victorian RSA or be willing to obtain.
Strong hospitality technical skills both on the floor and behind the bar.
Excellent communication skills & confidence
Proactive and positive outlook.
Friendly, approachable and customer centric demeanour.
Passionate about food, wine & hospitality.
Selfmotivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail.
High standard of grooming and presentation
Must be able to work as part of a team team morale and culture is an essential part of our workplace environment.

Highly desired attributes:

Ability to work at all three MRC racecourses
Leadership and mentoring ability, with a focus on team development, upskilling and maintaining a high standard of service delivery exceeding expectations.
