We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flagship Store Managers to join our team in the Melbourne metro area.

As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the Skechers brand image.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
