As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the Skechers brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
