Diploma in Work Health & Safety (Highly Desirable)
Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Highly Desirable)
AOD Testing
Working at Heights
Confined Space Entry
ICAM Experience (desired)
MSIC (Highly Desirable)
C manual licence (or higher)

Applicants with the following additional skills will be highly regarded:

High level of written and communication skills
Selfmotivated, proactive and enthusiastic
Ability to work in a team environment

Baseline Health and Safety Advisors should have a minimum of 2 years safety experience within the mining industry along with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage work groups at the work front.
