Role Overview:


As a Learning Content Specialist at our client's dynamic company, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and impactful learning experiences.

Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining educational content that is not only engaging but also informative and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage learning experiences that captivate and inform.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure training materials are consistent, current, and aligned with our goals.
  • Forge strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Innovate content production to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Employ agile methodologies to oversee content projects from conception to completion.
  • Analyze feedback to refine and improve training effectiveness.
  • Oversee learning initiatives that are costeffective, timely, and meet quality standards.
  • Set and manage development milestones, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Utilize various authoring tools to create engaging training materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest content development tools and techniques.
  • Ensure content quality through rigorous review and error correction processes.
  • Maintain a learning catalogue that reflects uptodate practices and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:


Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in training material development.
  • Proficiency with eLearning software like Articulate.
  • Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, Tin Can API).
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with SMEs to refine learning objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Highly Desirable:

  • Scriptwriting skills.
  • Experience with art direction, video/audio editing, and interactive content creation.
  • Proven influence on stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Agile instructional design experience.
  • Independent decisionmaking on complex projects.
  • Experience with learning evaluation and measurement tools.
