  • This company is a leading ASX Property group known for their exceptional quality. A leader within the Australian property sector, looking for additional support in the commercial property division.
    ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the Finance Manager with the efficient production and distribution of all financial, performance and operational analysis for the portfolio.


  • The key duties of this role will include:
  • Review and interrogate financial information and systems with a view to validate, challenge and improve;
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process for assets in the portfolio;
  • Management of the asset portfolio;
  • Prepare monthly management accounts;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to solve issues and leverage opportunities;
  • Provide adhoc reporting and analysis as required;

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication skills
  • Qualified CA or CPA
  • Commercial Property experience highly regarded
  • Must have existing analytical experience
