We are a national therapy services provider.

Every day and in many ways, we are here to help NDIS participants - children, adolescents and adults (0-65 yrs) - get more out of life today We are currently looking for an experienced OT, Physio, Speech Pathologist or Psychologist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position.


On a daily basis, you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills and leadership skills to good use as you...


  • Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians
  • Oversee monthly peer/group supervision sessions
  • Run internal professional development sessions (occasional)
  • Assist with referral allocation
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
  • OPTION to have your own clinical caseload
    (or have a nonbilling role)

About You

  • A passion for leading and empowering a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an OT, Physio or Psychologist or membership with SPA as a Speech Pathologist
  • A desire to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions to individuals of all ages and abilities
