We are a national therapy services provider.

Every day and in many ways, we are here to help NDIS participants - children, adolescents and adults (0-65 yrs) - get more out of life today We are currently looking for an experienced OT, Physio, Speech Pathologist or Psychologist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position.

On a daily basis, you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills and leadership skills to good use as you...

Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians
Oversee monthly peer/group supervision sessions
Run internal professional development sessions (occasional)
Assist with referral allocation
Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
OPTION to have your own clinical caseload
(or have a nonbilling role)

About You

A passion for leading and empowering a multidisciplinary team
Experience delivering services under the NDIS
Current registration with AHPRA as an OT, Physio or Psychologist or membership with SPA as a Speech Pathologist
A desire to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions to individuals of all ages and abilities
