About the role

You will take a pragmatic and collaborative approach to how we deliver underpinned by agile and continuous improvement principles.


In this role, you'll get to:
Work through an initiative to ensure completion to achieve successful outcomes.
Promote new ideas to ensure ongoing focus on continuous improvement and new technologies.
Understand the technical language to collaborate effectively with the engineering teams.
Collaborate with squads across Practices to define, commit and achieve sprint goals in line with delivery timelines.

Assist and support change management activities, Including collaboration with release teams to plan and deliver changes to production at scale.

Organise and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and showcases.
Manage and govern the service/teams backlog and planning of their work, in order to support the outcomes of delivery. Conduct regular backlog grooming to maintain a six-iteration forward view of planned work.
Remove impediments to unblock the team through support, escalation and engagement with other Services, Practices or project teams.

About you


To be successful in the role you will have:
Experience using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions.
Skills in training, mentoring, and supporting the team to follow Agile values, principles and practices.
Experience determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Jira and Confluence experience.
A good understanding of CI/CD and Software Development Life cycle.
Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology (incl. techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions).
