Two Lads Pizzeria is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Pizza Makers.

If you have a passion for pizza and are eager to learn the art of hand-stretching pizza bases and working on the oven, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the culinary industry.

No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to help you develop the necessary skills.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of pizza dough, including weighing and portioning ingredients.
• Learn how to handstretch and shape pizza bases under the guidance of experienced Pizza Chefs.
• Support the Pizza Chefs in monitoring the oven, observing cooking times, and rotating pizzas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pizza preparation area and assist in general kitchen duties.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate pizza orders for customers.
• Learn about different pizza styles, ingredients, and flavour combinations to enhance your knowledge.
• Display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new tasks as assigned.
• Wait tables when required.
• Prepare entrees and main meals.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary. We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for pizza and a desire to learn.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality food.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads (e.g., pizza trays, ingredients).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
