About the role
Application Support Specialist is a highly specialised role responsible for supporting their internal BAU requirements and contributing and providing value to a suite of projects and the role requires who remains hands on and is active with problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience as an Application Support.
- Experience building and managing SOE with Server 2016, 2019, Windows 10.
- Combination of Linux and Windows background.
- Experience with packaging and deployment, compliance reporting, patching with SCCM.
- Experience with PowerShell, bash.
- Exposure with Identity Access Management tools such as PAM,MFA.
- Experience in patch management, vulnerability management.
- Experience with servers & networking, storage & backups on platforms like IBM, Dell, Lenovo.
- Exposure to distributions like RedHat or similar.
- Experience with active directory administration, group policy management, Identity and access management.
